That girl.

A girl from a class of mine, whom I drew a few times. I feel weird about it---treating her like a cartoon character that is.

...I think it was her hair loopey-thing, it'svery draw-able --as well as the old-school librarian look she had. Keep on truckin', what's-her-face.

Afternoon Delirium!

This is Dany Targaryen from Season 1 if she had been happier and had a nose stud and had rainbow hair. Or just Delirium.

Actually, it's just Delirium.

More Endless fun as well as some brush testing. I'm really digging this textured pen brush. Thank you again Neil Gaiman.

Just some feelings

A common creative process.

but most times...

I am very left handed.

Late Night Death...

I have a strange habit of drawing Neil Gaiman's the Endless characters late at night. The characters are really fun to draw.

I first met her when I started collecting The Books of Magic series, written by Neil Gaiman. I think that was a great mysterious introduction to a later favorite character.

Sketchin' an' Doodlin'

Still feeling things out for this character. I decided if I don't post this now, I never will! Here's some expression practice with this character to see how I like the reduced cheek-look, as well as some shading practice which indeed ended up looking like practice. Gotta keep on truckin' ...

And introducing one of the few characters who has a name... Ira!

Sorry for the angle on this one. I kinda like it that way...

January Pin Up! : Sedusa

So I've been meaning to post this for a while. Obviously it's not January. But this is my January drawing. One down, 11 more to go!
In case you were planning on making a pin-up calendar...here you go. Just don't sell it!

The Powerpuff Girls / Craig McCracken's Sedusa was basically the inspiration for this series...based on children's cartoons ~

Amerindian - Insipered - Children

So here's a quick sketchbook post just to demonstrate a little tiny bit of something I'm working on. Here is the main character (long haired-what's-her-face) and a little Taino-peoples-inspired boy. I hope there isn't any problem for posting them in their natural almost naked selves but I did what I could with the flash-card-censor-bar-cut-out.
